Just keep swimming, just keep swimming

If you frequent this site, you would’ve noticed the /now page mentioned something about summer school, I am making up my P.E. credits since last year my schedule didn’t allow for any P.E. periods, now I only need to do like 7 and a half hours of straight exercise for 20 days.
It was pretty difficult for me to adjust to this regimen during the first week but afterwards it was incredibly enjoyable, I forget how fulfilling exercise is at times, just merely running is such an enjoyable act, sports are more confusing to me because I never truly bothered to learn the rules, but I love just protecting in football or rallying in some tennis variant. We also get to swim, during these swim periods I try to exert my lungs and accustom them to diving underwater, so far it’s an amazing skill to develop, I love swimming under any obstacles, and I also feel faster underwater.
Only bothers I’ve had throughout this time are: a blister appearing on my foot, my hair being dry because of the harsh weather, and a lot of phlegm being stuck on my throat for some reason, thanks to the political unrest in my country, I haven’t been able to get it checked out by a doctor, so throughout all this time I’ve just been enduring (rawdogging) it.
I’m thankful I can live semi-comfortably despite what is going on.
With summer there comes vermin, so many wasps, flies, bees, cockroaches, EVERYTHING COMES OUT AND DECIDES TO BITE.
A while back I had a disgusting nightmare, I was a fly flying around a room, my vision was fixed on this one piece of chicken paraded on a plate by so many people, maybe a family, who knows, but that singular piece was screaming, maybe it was telepathy or just a hallucination but I heard it cry for help the entire time, once it was picked off the plate and bitten by a man, the piece screamed harder, it was true anguish just beamed into my ears, it screamed “HELP” but what could I even do, I couldn’t do anything in the form of an insect that is immediately squashed.
Ever since then, I feel remorse after killing flies.
